Orlovets Sport Hall

“Orlovets” Sports Hall was completed in 1994. It features 5 floors and an area of 3,735 sq. m. It is the largest indoor sports facility in the city. It consists of an auditorium, a stage, lobbies with bathrooms, a cafe-buffet, a doctor’s office, a conference room, commentators, administrative and service rooms.

It was designed by arch. Karl Kandulkov and was built under the leadership of arch. Boris Peynov. It is among the most luxurious halls in the country, features over 2,000 soft seats, 4 VIP boxes. The large hall has a capacity of 1,920 spectators. The playing field measures 42/22 meters and is covered with specialized sports flooring “Taraflex Sport M – Performance”. Opposite the stands a stage was built.

Over the years, “Orlovets” Sports Hall has hosted numerous sports, cultural and political events.
